In this role, you will be the vital link between potential customers and our solar sales team, engaging prospects through outbound calls, door-to-door outreach, and targeted marketing efforts. Duties Conduct outbound calls, door-to-door visits, and utilize marketing campaigns to identify interested homeowners for solar energy solutions Engage prospects with clear, energetic communication about the advantages of solar power and energy savings Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, energy usage, and eligibility for solar installation programs Schedule appointments for our solar sales team with interested homeowners, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM software such as Salesforce Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions about solar options Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies targeting diverse communities, including multilingual audiences Maintain detailed records of interactions and leads within CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and pipeline management Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, customer service, or technical sales environments with a focus on energy or home improvement products Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to educate and motivate potential clients about solar energy benefits Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking leads and managing customer interactions Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases Experience in door-to-door sales, energy sales, or renewable energy markets is a plus Excellent communication skills—energetic, persuasive, and confident in engaging prospects over the phone or in person Leadership qualities that enable self-motivation and proactive outreach efforts Join us in shaping a sustainable future!
