Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Operator to join our team. The Scheduler/Operator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating with clients and staff, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations Answer phone calls and respond to emails Manage and maintain records and databases Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
