We are looking for a motivated hardworking person to join our Vernon team. You will be working within the office of a processing and manufacturing company to facilitate the daily operations. Must work well with others and have excellent communication skills. This position will help us coordinate our daily operations in California, track production, maintain accurate records, and communicate with the processing team.Basic Duties:
- Schedule and monitor daily customer shipments.
- Maintain updated production and inventory counts.
- Prepare and generate daily, weekly reports of company operations.
- Coordinate sales efforts to match production levels.
- Work with customers to schedule shipments.
- Assist with other general office duties such as filing, scanning, answering phones and other duties as necessary.
- Assist with scheduling work orders for plant staff to complete each day.
- Monitor plant staff work performance and quality to meet daily production goals.
Basic Requirements and Skills:
- College degree in business or related field preferred.
- Detailed oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and intermediate to advance in MS Excel.
- Experience with database systems and CRM applications preferred.
- Ability to create reports in Excel using charts and pivot tables preferred.
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
