Operations & Member Services Coordinator Part-Time | ~ 20 Hours Per WeekCustomer Experience Operations Marketing Support About Spark Athletics Spark Athletics is a growing youth cheer and tumbling program serving families throughout the Lamorinda community. We provide high-energy, confidence-building classes through local schools, parks and recreation programs, and community partners. We're looking for an organized, energetic leader who loves working with kids and wants to play a key role in helping our programs grow. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help scale a growing business from the ground up. You can manage multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks. Tech-Savvy & Systems-Oriented You're comfortable learning and using software platforms such as iClassPro, Canva, Google Workspace, point-of-sale systems, and other business tools. You enjoy figuring out more efficient ways to get things done. Experience with customer management, scheduling, or registration software is a strong plus. Outstanding Communicator You communicate professionally and warmly with parents, athletes, coaches, and staff. You're responsive, proactive, and comfortable following up on tasks and conversations. You can confidently handle questions, solve problems, and keep people informed. Collaborative & Positive You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others. You're willing to jump in wherever needed, whether that's helping a family, creating a flyer, organizing supplies, or assisting with an event. You bring a positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset to challenges. Growth-Oriented You're open to feedback and committed to continuous learning. You enjoy developing new skills and taking on new responsibilities as the business grows. You take ownership of your work and look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Experience in customer service, office administration, operations, hospitality, education, youth programs, fitness, or a related field. Experience with iClassPro or similar scheduling/customer management software preferred. Proficiency with standard business software (Google Workspace, Canva Experience working with children and families is strongly preferred. Available to work on-site approximately 20 hours per week, including afternoons and evenings. Compensation $24-30 per hour, depending on experience Paid training Opportunity for increased hours and advancement as Spark Athletics grows
