Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Caregiver Supervisor/Scheduler to join our team at Visiting Angels in Brighton, CO. This role is responsible for creating and managing caregiver schedules, supervising and supporting caregiving staff, and maintaining high standards of client care and satisfaction. Responsibilities 1. Caregiver Scheduling Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure optimal client coverage. Collaborate with clients and families to understand their specific care needs and preferences. Adjust schedules as needed based on caregiver availability and changing client needs. 2. Supervision and Training Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training for caregivers. Conduct regular check-ins with caregivers to evaluate performance and address concerns. Ensure caregivers are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care. Occasionally fill in for open caregiver shifts if necessary. 3. Client Communication Assist with new client intakes as needed. Answer office phones for lead inquiries. Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients regarding concerns, preferences, or care plan updates. Work with the care management team to maintain client satisfaction. 4. Quality Assurance Conduct periodic evaluations of caregiver performance and compliance with care plans. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of care. Collaborate with management to resolve issues or challenges in service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, scheduling, or caregiver supervision preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to dynamic caregiving environments.
