We're currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Administrative Professional who has Dental Experience, to be a welcoming face and organizational heartbeat of our front office. This is a key role that bridges patient relationships with efficient office operations.
What You'll Do:
Greet and check-in/check-out patients, making every interaction feel personal and professional Present treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and clarity Schedule appointments and optimize the daily flow for both patients and clinicians Follow-up with patients to schedule appointments and answer questions Verify insurance benefits, and support billing inquiries Work closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences — every time
Who You Are:
Experienced in dental front office roles, with a solid understanding of insurance and treatment planning Skilled in dental software (or a quick learner!) Our office uses Open Dental An excellent communicator with a friendly, proactive approach A team player who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment Ready to embody and contribute to our culture of extraordinary service
