Pay Rate:
$25 - $30/hour Our client, a globally recognized leader in the outdoor and performance apparel industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Design Operations Coordinator to support seasonal creative initiatives and product design operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at timeline management, and enjoys partnering cross-functionally across creative, merchandising, product development, and marketing teams. This role will support two key areas of the business: Execution of a large-scale Seasonal Creative Kick Off (CKO) Development and management of in-line and non-inline product design calendars across multiple seasons The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally minded, and able to think several steps ahead while managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously. What You'll Be Doing Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status trackers Coordinate logistics, scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder communications Lead execution and onsite coordination for Seasonal Creative Kick Off events Partner with Global Creative Direction and Brand Marketing teams to bring seasonal creative narratives to life Support development of detailed seasonal calendars for Product Design, Print, Graphics, Color, and Merchandising teams Ensure alignment with Global GTM processes and key product milestones Identify project risks proactively and develop contingency plans Act as a key point of contact across multiple internal teams What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management or Operations experience 3+ years of Product Design Operations experience OR strong understanding of the product design lifecycle from concept through delivery Experience managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workflows Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to build and maintain visual calendars in fast-moving environments Experience in apparel, outdoor, or consumer products industries preferred Proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail Preferred Tools & Systems Wrike Smartsheet Airtable Coupa Figma PowerPoint / Keynote Additional Details

Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm MT Equipment provided by client
