This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient office operations while providing accurate transcription services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of legal, or general transcription experience, highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. You will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative functions, managing files, and ensuring smooth workflow across various departments. Duties Transcribe audio recordings with precision, and accuracy for all documents Help answer the phones Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, utilizing tools such as Box.com and Microsoft Office Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, and email correspondence Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Prior experience with data entry, proofreading, and document formatting to ensure accuracy Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions Ability to perform typing at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
