We're looking for an Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being part of a team, and takes pride in executing events at a high level. If you like staying busy, being hands-on, and seeing your work come to life in real time—this is your role. What You'll Do This is where the action happens. You'll be part of the team that brings events to life behind the scenes and on-site. Set up and execute buffets and event setups with precision and attention to detail Handle deliveries of food, equipment, and event essentials Assist with hot food execution and expo support Load, unload, and organize event equipment and supplies Work closely with culinary, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless events Provide a great experience for clients and guests on-site Help maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse Problem-solve on the fly and adapt to changing event needs What We're Looking For Ability to work mornings AND nights (this is non-negotiable in events) Valid driver's license and comfortable driving company vehicles Team-first mindset with strong communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts Positive attitude with energy to match Our Core Values (How We Work) At RMC, we don't just hire skills—we hire mindset: Relentless
