Full-time hours, flexible within open business hours. Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented BDC - Service Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued customers and our service department, coordinating appointments and providing exceptional customer support. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help ensure a seamless scheduling process, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Support the Toyota Service Advisors in managing their appointments by supporting communication and alignment between both advisor and customer Manage incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to assist customers efficiently Schedule service appointments accurately using Microsoft Office tools and dealership software Provide basic information about services offered and appointment availability without assuming the role of a service advisor. Follow up with clients via outbound calling to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, data entry logs, and appointment schedules Support customer support efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Assist with client services by ensuring all scheduling details are accurate and up-to-date Experience Previous call center experience or customer service role preferred, especially in automotive or related industries Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills Experience with data entry and analysis skills Familiarity with customer support standards, including phone etiquette and client services excellence Ability to multitask effectively in a noisy environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and growth.
