Monday-Friday Role Split:
70% Interpreter Recruiting | 30% Scheduling & Coordination About Mile High Multilingual Services Mile High Multilingual Services (MHMS) has been connecting communities with professional language services since 2004. We provide on-site, phone, and video remote interpretation, as well as translation, certified translations, transcription, and voiceover services across medical, legal, educational, and business settings in Colorado and nationwide. Behind every successful interpretation assignment is a strong recruiter who found the right interpreter, and a reliable coordinator who made sure they showed up. That's the work this role does. About This Role This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Greenwood Village office. You are NOT a staffing agency recruiter placing people in permanent jobs. You are building and maintaining MHMS's network of credentialed, qualified interpreters — and ensuring the right one is in the right place at the right time. What a typical week looks like: 70% —Recruiting:
Identifying, screening, onboarding, and building relationships with interpreters in multiple languages. Managing credentials, contracts, and compliance documentation. 30% —Scheduling & Coordination:
Assigning interpreters to client appointments, managing last-minute coverage needs, maintaining accurate records in our scheduling system, and communicating with clients and interpreters to ensure smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities Interpreter Recruiting (70%) Source, screen, and onboard qualified interpreters across multiple language pairs and service types (on-site, phone, VRI) Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations for interpreters; ensure all credential and compliance documentation is complete Maintain active relationships with the interpreter network to support retention and availability Track interpreter certifications, agreements, and eligibility; proactively flag gaps in language coverage Use CRM and ATS tools to maintain accurate records; provide regular updates to the Operations Manager Scheduling & Coordination (30%) Assign interpreters to client appointments based on language, location, certification level, and availability Manage same-day and last-minute coverage needs with speed and composure Communicate professionally with clients and interpreters regarding assignments, changes, and expectations Maintain accurate job records and scheduling data in our systems (experience with Skedulo or similar platforms is a plus) Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in HR, recruiting, or operations coordination 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, HR support, or scheduling — ideally in a service-based industry Excellent communicator: you are professional, clear, and responsive, whether on the phone, in email, or in person Organized and detail-oriented: you can manage a high-volume workload without things falling through the cracks Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; stays calm under pressure Proficient with scheduling software, CRM platforms, and/or ATS tools Experience in language services, healthcare coordination, or a mission-driven service industry is a strong plus — but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon: Background check Drug screening (MHMS is a drug•and alcohol-free workplace)Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
