6-month contract | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

What You'll Do:

Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and regulatory requirements Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and department managers Manage and track employee time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs Collaborate with department heads to plan staffing for holidays, vacations, and special events Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years of age or older (required) Clear verbal and written communication in English (required) Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required (preferred) CNA certification (required) 3+ months of CNA experience in long-term care (preferred) Benefits Available to
