Description:

- Surgical Scheduler
- to join the
- GYN Oncology
- team The
- Surgical Scheduler
- schedules surgical procedures, including, pre and postoperative visits under the direction of the provider.
- What you will do:
- + Maintains proper provider schedules and coordinates surgeries in an efficient manner + Accountable for obtaining pre-surgical testing, arrangements and reporting to pre-admission testing with Hospital + Works in a timely manner to schedule procedures in an appropriate time period as it relates to the patient's diagnosis and urgency of the surgery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 2-5 years Healthcare office experience. Medical terminology preferred. Prior surgical scheduling experience highly preferred. + Excellent Communication skills
