Job Description

Join a growing HVAC company as an Operations Administrator in Norwalk, Connecticut, where you will be a key part of keeping scheduling, dispatching, supplier coordination, and installation planning running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the operational hub of the business, and wants to contribute to a team focused on delivering a seamless customer experience while earning additional sales incentives. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Administrator position include: 2+ years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in HVAC or a construction-related field Must have prior experience using ServiceTitan, along with dispatching experience and experience managing suppliers and planning installs High School Diploma or equivalent required, with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with quoting and sales experience considered a plus Coordinate technician schedules for installations, service calls, and maintenance while dispatching technicians and monitoring job progress Serve as a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and concerns, and maintain communication between office staff, field teams, and clients Process customer orders, service requests, invoices, reports, contracts, and job documentation while supporting billing and payment processing Assist with inventory tracking, compliance and safety documentation, and general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Salary :
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
