Our viewers are fixtures at America's most treasured landmarks—from the Empire State Building to Niagara Falls. The business is under new ownership. As we enter a new phase of growth, we're looking to build out our Service & Operations team to deliver quality results for our customers. Position Summary We're seeking a mechanically inclined, highly dependable Operations Intern or Associate to help service and maintain our network of viewers across the country. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on with vintage optical equipment, travel to some of the most beautiful places in the U.S. and support a company at the intersection of history, engineering, and tourism. This position will be a critical player in building out the operational playbook for Tower. Key Responsibilities Build, repair and refurbish viewer machines in the warehouse Travel to various customer sites across various state parks and tourist destinations to service machines and perform collections Own and foster customer relationships to ensure service quality and client satisfaction Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in the field Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and alignment Assist with retrofitting projects (e.g., integrating digital payment systems) Log service activities and observations clearly for internal tracking Work closely with the central team to coordinate routes, parts, and priorities Qualifications Mechanical skillset or hands-on experience with machines/equipment Comfortable using tools and solving mechanical issues independently Reliable, communicative, and able to manage fieldwork with minimal supervision Willingness and enthusiasm to travel — must enjoy working outdoors at scenic locations Valid driver's license; ability to lift/move equipment when needed
