What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience as a Food Runner/Expo in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment is preferred

Skills and Qualities:

Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail, ensuring food is delivered with the highest standards of presentation Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays Team-oriented, with a passion for providing excellent guest service Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, ensuring dishes are presented at their freshest and most visually appealing Act as the liaison between kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication of food orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room by clearing tables promptly and resetting for the next guest Monitor guests' dining experience and provide excellent service by checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide seamless service during high-volume times Diversity Creates a
