This role is responsible for assisting with shipment preparation, inventory coordination, order tracking, and administrative fulfillment tasks to help ensure efficient business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with processing and preparing customer and business orders Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation Track orders and maintain accurate fulfillment records Support inventory organization and stock monitoring Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal team members regarding order status Update operational data and maintain organized documentation Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
