The Mailroom & Printing Operations Assistant will support daily print production, mailroom services, and general office operations for a busy corporate environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting employees across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Operate digital print and copy equipment, including Canon or similar production machines Process print requests submitted electronically and in person Support incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail distribution Coordinate courier and package deliveries through major shipping providers Troubleshoot minor printer and copier issues and escalate service needs when necessary Answer employee questions related to print requests, shipping, and mail procedures Maintain inventory levels for toner, paper, and mailroom supplies Assist with meeting setups, office moves, and general facilities support tasks Provide occasional front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phones Maintain organized workflows and communicate effectively with internal teamsQualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in a mailroom, print center, office services, or professional office environment Experience working with Canon digital press equipment or comparable systems preferred Familiarity with printer/copier troubleshooting and mail handling procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Spanish language skills are a plus High school diploma or GED requiredAdditional Details:
