Job Description

Overview LMI seeks a Junior to Mid-Level Program Scheduler to support a federal program management office in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across programs Integrate schedules across portfolios in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool Monitor progress against the schedule and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports. Identify and analyze the critical path. Perform schedule analysis of progress against the baseline plan. Perform "what if" scenarios within the schedules. Attend program/project meetings to discuss and review schedules. Qualifications Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination. Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or information management 3-8 years of experience in scheduling. Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Project. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to effectively solve complex problems. Strong oral and written communication skills. A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Target salary range:
$90,000 - $130,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
