Full-Time Operations Assistant Location:
New Castle, DE Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible within these hours) Position Summary Felder Group USA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Operations Assistant to support our Operations and Accounting departments. This position offers the opportunity to begin on a part-time basis and transition to full-time for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong administrative, customer service, and accounting skills. Experience with QuickBooks is required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Generate customer invoices and assist with billing activities Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with collections and customer account inquiries Support Accounts Payable (A/P) functions Prepare and review aging reports Monitor and maintain open order reports Assist with month-end reconciliation activities Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email Assist with special projects as assigned Support general administrative and operational functions Qualifications Previous experience in operations, accounting, administration, bookkeeping, or customer service Proficiency with QuickBooks required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Preferred Experience Accounts Receivable and collections Customer invoicing and order processing Month-end closing and reconciliation support Reporting, data entry, and record management Manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment experience Compensation Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
