Nurse Staff Scheduler Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain the master schedule for all nursing staff. Report labor hours daily, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance. Coordinate coverage for open shifts and address scheduling conflicts promptly. Collaborate with department heads to ensure proper staffing levels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules and attendance. Communicate schedule updates and changes to staff effectively.

Nurse Staff Scheduler Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting. Strong understanding of master scheduling and daily labor hour reporting. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. #Sponsored123
