Job Description
Four Seasons Healthcare is a Home Health Agency, Aide Only in Smyrna DE since 2011, servicing all 3 counties. We are a leading Medicaid provider and have a great reputation for outstanding care and not missing shifts. In this role, you will primarily handle the schedule ensuring all shifts are covered. You will be supporting the Director of Non-Clinical Services and our RN Supervisors. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow the role, increase your skills and take on more responsibility. We expect this role to be full-time within 6 months of hire.
Job Duties:
- Ensure the schedule is complete every day and there are no missed shifts.
- Monitor punctuality to help ensure caregivers are on-time, every time to their shifts.
- Handle call-offs and fill open shifts.
- Work with both caregivers & patients to ensure they have the hours they need.
- Assist with onboarding of new patients and caregivers.
Your skills and attributes:
- You are a great communicator
- you are outgoing, direct and positive. We work hard but we also have fun!
- You can build a strong rapport with caregivers and are strong-willed and persuasive
- you are no push-over!
- You are a self-starter, can manage multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly, and are able to problem-solve in a timely manner.
- You demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and can work both independently and as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years' homecare experience as a scheduler.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- You can breeze through administrative tasks and are a quick learner.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office programs and know your way around a spreadsheet
- You have used DE Medicaid provider and payment portals and are familiar with EVV and Sandata.
- You have worked with VA case managers for referrals.
- Pay based on experience. Other requirements.
- Reliable transportation with insurance.
- Able to pass State of Delaware background checks.

$20.00- $25.
