is hiring! We are seeking for Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for our non-skilled home care agency located in Orlando, FL. Training available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop a daily schedule for all shifts in HHAeXchange. Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee's pay. Process on-boarding enrollment for new hires for HHA, and C.N.A. Responsible for monthly schedule production Day to day staffing coordination Staffing, tracking and follow-ups which ensure services are provided as scheduled Maintain and update scheduling database Update staff with schedules and associated changes Communicate with all HHA, CNA's, case managers, administrator and families in a positive and friendly manner Recruit and advertise for HHA, and C.N.A.'s On-call once a month to coverage shifts for call outs.

Requirements:

MUST SPEAK BOTH FLUENT

SPANISH and ENGLISH. Staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred LTC experience highly preferred Good knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and data entry Compassionate and able to handle stress Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
