Scheduling Coordinator

Position Overview:

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first friendly face our patients see and the voice they hear when they call. You'll manage our appointment schedule, ensure smooth daily operations, and help families feel welcome and cared for from their very first visit.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Verify insurance information and update patient records Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service Communicate with parents and guardians regarding treatment plans and follow-up visits Coordinate with clinical team members to optimize daily schedules Assist with front office administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

Requirements Previous dental front office or medical scheduling experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus!) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Friendly, positive attitude with a love for working with children and families Familiarity with dental software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) is a plus
