Onsite - Clearwater, FL McCormick Stevenson, a subsidiary of Paligen Technologies, is adding a Master Scheduler to provide program planning and scheduling for all programs within the organization, with an emphasis on schedules supporting military and defense programs. This position performs day-to-day management and maintenance of all program schedules and applies knowledge of government acquisition processes, schedule performance assessments, and DoD performance standards. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products. Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project as the primary tool. Identify Critical/Driving Paths, perform probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and develop corrective actions. Support proposal submittal and execution schedule development aligned with DOW program milestones and complex frameworks such as DID 81650 and DCMA 14-point assessments. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle. Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to create, maintain and validate IMS accuracy. Qualifications BS degree in engineering or related field + minimum 5 yrs experience or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development Experience applying government schedule performance tests, risk assessments, and WBS development aligned with DoD framework Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Expertise with Network scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc. (MS Project preferred) Experience with critical path methodology and risk informed planning Strong briefing skills for presenting schedule performance to government stakeholders and leadership Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance Preferred Understanding of government scheduling requirements including Schedule Performance Tests (SPT), DCMA Schedule Health metrics, and
IPMR/IPMDAR
reporting expectations Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques such as Earned Value Management Knowledge of manufacturing production, facility planning, and/or defense armament related experience.
