Job Description

The Neighborhood Windows & Doors family is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated appointment specialist that's excited for growth and bonus incentives! We're a family owned and locally operated company! Administrative Assistant We are searching for a personable, thorough Appointment Specialist to contact prospective clients via telephone. Your responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers that have requested information about our products and services and then scheduling a time for our Window Consultant to meet with each customer. To be successful as a Appointment Specialist, you should be determined to achieve and surpass each of your work-related goals. Ultimately, an outstanding Appointment will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to entice potential customers in meeting with our Window Consultant. Responsibilities Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services. Calling prospective customers using a list of phone numbers provided to you. Accepting calls from prospective customers as they arise. Scheduling appointments between prospective customers and a Window Consultant. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar experience preferred. Computer literate. Open to feedback, quick learner, and enjoys working in a team environment. Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette. Professional and courteous disposition. Persuasive and results-oriented. Easily adapt to change. Ability to multitask and use good time management skills. Neighborhood Windows & Doors is an equal opportunity employer.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
