Operations Assistant

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy operations assistant to join a premier equipment rental team in Crawfordville, FL. This is the perfect role for a "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will play a vital role in daily operations, moving between customer service, logistics, and maintenance support. Assist customers with the safe loading and unloading of rental equipment, ensuring all items are secured for transport.

Shop Support:

Provide an extra set of hands for the lead mechanic, assisting with non-technical tasks such as staging equipment, cleaning parts, and organizing the shop.

Customer Interaction:

Greet local contractors and DIYers, providing basic information on equipment use and ensuring a positive rental experience.

Fleet Readiness:

Clean and prep equipment upon return, ensuring it is fueled, organized, and ready for the next customer.

Yard Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and safe workspace by organizing the rental yard and ensuring tools and machinery are stored correctly.
