We are looking for a motivated freight forwarding professional with a strong background in international transportation and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage ocean and air import shipments from origin to final delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Support customer retention and business development efforts. Maintain complete and accurate shipment files. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Ocean and/or Air Import Operations experience with a freight forwarding company. Strong understanding of import documentation and transportation processes. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
