This role is responsible for managing relationships with Delivery Service Partners, ensuring efficient delivery performance, and maintaining exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between DSPs and internal teams, providing operational support, monitoring delivery metrics, resolving service issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this position requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services. Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Monitor deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance. Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standard Requirements Proven experience in operations or a related administrative role with a focus on process management. Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus). Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
