About TrustWareGate TrustWareGate is a logistics and warehousing company providing secure storage, inventory management, and distribution support for business clients. Our team works to ensure that products are handled, packaged, and prepared for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to coordinate scheduling for deliveries, pickups, and warehouse appointments. This role supports daily logistics operations by ensuring efficient communication between clients, drivers, and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm delivery and pickup appointments Coordinate dock schedules and warehouse availability Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams regarding timing and logistics Maintain accurate scheduling records and updates Adjust schedules as needed to support operational efficiency
Requirements:
