Job Description

AGUAMIEL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Assistant to support the daily functionality of our two Aguamiel locations.
This role includes:
⁠ ⁠Assisting with operational tasks between locations ⁠ ⁠Transporting products, supplies and materials when needed ⁠ ⁠Supporting inventory organization and restocking ⁠ ⁠Helping maintain operational flow and organization ⁠ ⁠Assisting with events, coffee cart setups and farmers markets when needed ⁠ ⁠Supporting management with day-to-day operational needs ⁠ ⁠Helping ensure both locations are properly stocked and functioning smoothly Ideal candidate: ⁠ ⁠Organized and proactive ⁠ ⁠Responsible and dependable ⁠ ⁠Comfortable with physical and fast-paced work ⁠ ⁠Valid driver's license ⁠ ⁠Hospitality or coffee shop experience is a plus ⁠ ⁠Flexible schedule preferred This is a hybrid operational role and may also include working regular café shifts when needed.
