Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different work environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency with computers and common office software. Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a preschool support or floater role. Additional certifications related to Early Childhood Education Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide support across classrooms by assisting teachers with daily routines, supervising children, engaging in activities, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, while stepping in as needed to ensure smooth classroom operations. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows to ensure smooth daily operations across different classrooms. Assist in managing workload fluctuations by stepping in during peak times or staff absences to maintain productivity. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to understand task requirements and deliver timely results.
