Intake Coordinator Benefits include:

Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:
Experience
  • One year experience in a home care setting a MUST Education
  • High school diploma Skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills Characteristics
  • This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
