We're seeking an energetic Art Sales Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments that lead to successful art sales. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills, sales expertise, and enthusiasm for art to build meaningful relationships and grow our client base. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at outbound calling, this is your chance to shine with a base pay plus high commissions! Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, art collectors, interior designers, and corporate buyers to introduce our art collections and services Engage in warm calling and follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert interest into scheduled appointments Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines Negotiate terms with clients professionally, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing deals effectively Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts Schedule appointments for the sales team by qualifying prospects through effective communication and needs assessment Maintain excellent customer service by providing detailed product information, answering questions, and building rapport Experience Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or artistic products Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and close deals efficiently Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly Experience in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and business development activities Knowledge of marketing strategies related to art sales or creative industries is a plus Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships Join us today and become part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming spaces through stunning artwork!
