Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate qualified appointments for our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales expertise within a fast-paced environment, utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads and track progress. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling strategies to establish initial contact Engage in effective negotiation and communication to qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to document interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions Follow up with prospects as needed to ensure appointment confirmation and readiness Support business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities through outbound calling and market research Experience Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct outbound calls confidently and professionally in English Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle customer service inquiries effectively Prior experience in marketing or business development roles is advantageous This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, eager to build client relationships, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
