General Operations Associate Overview:

NOVATCG is an online streaming company specializing in trading card games. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and focused individual to join our team. Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operations, including supporting live stream efficiency, product quality checks, and workspace organization Manage shipping and receiving processes Prepare and fulfill orders by processing requests, pulling inventory, packing shipments, and staging deliveries Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume workflow Effectively manage time while handling multiple responsibilities Follow and understand company policies and operational procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to evaluate workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills (required) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to meet performance expectations in a production-focused environment
