Health Connect America seeks an Operations Hiring Specialist to support high volume recruitment of clinical and support staff across multiple locations. In this role, you will manage full cycle hiring, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, background checks, and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers and multidisciplinary teams to forecast staffing needs, maintain compliance, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
