Temp-to-Hire Working hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Compensation:
$16.00 Per Hour This is a hands-on position in the Odessa area designed for problem-solvers who will coordinate deliveries of appliances, patio furniture, lawn mowers, and more for major retailers in the local area, ensuring seamless service.
Responsibilities:
Weekend Availability:
Working weekends is required; all positions require working a minimum of one or both weekend days, with two days off during the week.
Delivery Coordination:
Monitor and track deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise quickly.
Problem Solving:
Perform problem-solving skills for various situations such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or other scheduling conflicts.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with drivers, customers, suppliers, other logistics coordinators, and supervisors.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance according to company policies and relevant laws & regulations.
Multitasking:
Perform multitasking skills, including answering multiple lines while using multiple computer programs and multiple monitors to ensure the best service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Bilingual Candidates a Plus (Spanish) 1-4 years of experience 1 - 4 years' Customer Service experience Geographical knowledge of Pasco County Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Basic skills in Microsoft Office Project & Power Point Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Excel & Word (testing provided) Intermediate to Advanced skills with Call Center Service Etiquette (testing provided) Ability to Type 35+ WPM & 9,000+ KSPH with 95% or better accuracy (testing provided) Apply online via employer's website.
