Boiler Parts Operations Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized Parts Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our parts business. This role reports to the General Manager and is full time on-site. If you have experience in boiler parts, sales and purchasing and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Main Activities:

•Handle parts inquiries from customer and service/field teams. Source boiler parts, calculate competitive pricing, and prepare accurate quotations. Proactively follow up on quotations to secure sales and build customer retention. Process confirmed orders, issue supplier purchase orders, and coordinate receiving and shipping. Manage inventory, ordering, replenishment, stocking shelves. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term growth.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in boiler parts sales or purchasing. Prior knowledge of boilers and burners is a strong advantage. Familiarity with electrical components, valves, pumps, and controllers is highly valued. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills.

TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

: parts sales Inventory processes, ordering, receiving and shipping. Experience with budget management. Working knowledge of commercial and industrial boilers, and related equipment repairs and replacement. Valid Driver's License to travel to customer sites if required.
