This role is perfect for someone who: Loves working with children and families Has a great attitude and brings positive energy to work every day Takes initiative and follows doctors' instructions promptly and accurately Is dependable, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate patient schedules efficiently Confirm appointments and communicate clearly with parents Support doctors and clinical staff by acting quickly on instructions Help keep the front office running smoothly and calmly Provide friendly, compassionate customer service to our families
