Duties Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand, capacity constraints, and inventory levels. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to plan, monitor, and adjust manufacturing workflows in real-time. Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory control activities. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput. Conduct demand forecasting and demand planning to anticipate production needs accurately. Manage materials requirements planning (MRP) processes to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitor inventory levels, perform inventory control audits, and adjust schedules accordingly to prevent shortages or excess stock. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing scheduling or production planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, MRP processes, and inventory management techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Ability to analyze data trends for accurate forecasting and proactive scheduling adjustments.
