A growing family-owned business is looking to add a Construction & Transportation Operations Assistant to its team. We are seeking a responsible, reliable, punctual, and growth-minded individual to serve as a key player in our daily field and logistics operations.

COMPENSATION & JOB TYPE

Starting pay: $180 per day (with potential for raises based on performance and commitment).

Job type:

Full-time / Steady work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Personnel transportation: Pick up the work crew in the morning and transport them back at the end of the workday.

Equipment and vehicle handling:

Drive a company vehicle towing a trailer (includes secure hitching, tying down cargo, and reversing maneuvers).

Purchasing and supply management:

Acquire and pick up materials from suppliers (Home Depot, specialized vendors, etc.).

Debris disposal:

Transport and empty the trailer at disposal centers (dumping) in an orderly and safe manner.

On-site operational support:

Collaborate directly with the crew on-site with general tasks as required.

Equipment care:

Maintain the assigned vehicle and trailer clean and in optimal condition.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Age:

25 years or older (strict requirement for commercial insurance coverage). Driver's license: Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record (mandatory for vehicle policy registration).

Driving skills:

Proven experience hauling and maneuvering a trailer.

Languages:

Bilingual (Spanish / English desirable) for fluent interaction with suppliers and staff.

Profile:

Professional maturity, honesty, proactive attitude, zero drama, and strong teamwork skills.

Pay:

From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
