Hometown Care is seeking a compassionate, organized Director of Scheduling to help match caregivers with clients who need in-home support. This role is central to creating positive, reliable care experiences for clients, families, and caregivers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and team player who can thoughtfully match caregivers and clients based on their needs, preferences, availability, and personalities. Experience in home care is preferred.

• Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules and client assignments.
• Match caregivers with clients to support strong, comfortable, and dependable care relationships.
• Communicate schedule updates and care needs clearly with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
• Help address scheduling changes and coverage needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the office team and families to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information and follow company procedures.
• Qualifications

• Home care experience preferred.
