Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Development & Production Coordinator to support the inventory team by optimizing the production pipeline and overseeing special orders that support inventory demand and replenishment needs. This role also supports the creation and refinement of product through CAD design and technical development, ensuring designs are accurate, production-ready, and aligned with inventory strategy. This position is primarily focused on execution and management of the production pipeline, ensuring jobs are accurate, on time, and aligned with inventory needs. The role contributes to product development by assisting in the design, refinement, and sourcing of inventory-driven pieces, including creating and preparing CAD models and files for manufacturing. This is an operationally focused position requiring strong organization, follow-through, and communication across sales, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the inventory team to plan, prioritize, and execute production needs based on stock levels and demand Manage and track special orders tied to inventory replenishment and availability Oversee and maintain the production pipeline to ensure timely completion and consistent workflow Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet production timelines and specifications Review and validate order details for accuracy, including materials, quantities, and specifications Proactively identify and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or discrepancies within the production process
Product Development Support:
  • Assist in sourcing and developing inventory-driven products based on demand and sales trends
  • Support refinement of existing products, including materials, pricing, and vendor selection
  • Collaborate with leadership to align product development with inventory strategy
  • Develop 3D models and technical drawings for new and existing designs to support production and prototyping
  • Prepare and manage CAD files for manufacturing, including 3D printing and vendor-ready formats
Operational Execution & Communication:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems Communicate production status and updates clearly to inventory and sales teams Ensure all jobs are properly documented, tracked, and completed according to company standards Attributes for

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in jewelry production, product development, or special order management preferred
  • Experience with CAD jewelry design or 3D modeling software (Matrix Gold preferred) is a strong plus
  • Ability to create or interpret technical drawings and production-ready designs
  • Experience working with vendors or manufacturing partners is a plus
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Saturday availability required
