Customer Service Scheduler- Electrical Contracting Company We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Scheduler to join our fast‑paced electrical company.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Must have scheduling experience —this is essential Ability to pull permits for electrical jobs Strong QuickBooks experience Must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and tasks High‑energy , positive attitude, and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and patience when dealing with customers and technicians Experience in the construction or electrical industry Must work well with a team but also be capable of working independently Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Must be comfortable with billing, data entry, and general office duties Basic clerical skills, punctuality, and dependability are a must Ability to lift at least 30 pounds Benefits available after 90 days.
