Nutritious Lifestyles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support staffing, onboarding, customer service, and scheduling operations for healthcare accounts nationwide. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth scheduling coverage, effective communication with clients and employees, and successful onboarding/training coordination.Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Staffing:
Coordinate employee schedules, account coverage, and staffing needs Arrange coverage for vacations, sick leave, surveys, interim, PRN, and new accounts Communicate scheduling updates with clients and employees Monitor schedules, hours, and staffing reports for accuracy and coverage Coordinate travel arrangements and coverage logistics when neededTraining & Onboarding:
Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires Schedule training sessions with supervisors, trainers, and education coordinators Ensure employees are properly onboarded and prepared before account placementCustomer Service:
Respond promptly to client or employee concerns Maintain strong professional communication with facilities and staff Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow-up processesAdministrative Support:
Assist with credentialing coordination and documentation Support company meetings, trade shows, and onboarding calls Assist with contracts, travel coordination, and administrative reportingQualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 1-2 years of scheduling, staffing, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
