Overview:
We are a leading B2B manufacturer and distributor specializing in premium power sports batteries with locations in Asia and US. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist- Bilingual Chinese to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and supporting the overall efficiency of our distribution center. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain management, and data analysis to optimize operations processes.Job Description:
Designing and implementing inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures. Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels. Working in cooperation with production planning and logistics to align with demand forecast and satisfy inventory level. Check and review inventory levels, data integrity to ensure the inventory plan generates accurate information. Responsible for forecasting inventory and replenish inventory. Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate must have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data. Strong quantitative skills through knowledge of statistics and quantitative data analysis and interpretation. Ability to translate analysis to audience and communicate recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Bilingual Preferred - Chinese.Desired Skills and Experience:
Inventory coordination experience a plus. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. ERP experience a plus. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from, as well as ability to write and present inventory reports. Strong attention to detail with good follow through to ensure job completion and accuracy. Good organizational skills, ability and willingness to help solve complex supply scenarios. People oriented nature resulting in a drive to help others; resulting in strong customer service and responsiveness. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor a message for the recipient. Strong dedication to the job, ownership of role and team performance. Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once. Ability to work within a team, cross training and backing up team members on work inside and outside of the defined role.Pay:
