Responsibilities Supports departmental staffing by completing the monthly staff schedule in accordance with defined targets, and the daily assignments, and updates both regularly. Negotiates with staff to assure appropriate coverage with consideration of personal and departmental needs. Assures that departmental position control is accurate and facilitates the employee requisitioning process. Provides process expertise for project management and evaluation and assures timely completion of projects. Qualifications

REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree Three (3) years of experience in management engineering, operations improvement, human resources, finance, health care consulting, or health care supervision.

PREFERRED

Previous staffing and scheduling experience. Five (5) years of experience in management engineering, operations improvement, human resources, finance, health care consulting, or health care supervision.
