Duties Help Establishes, manages, supervises, monitors, and maintains responsibility for the oversight, development, planning, coordinion, preparion, execution, and assessment of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). Serves as the principal advisor to the Btalion S3 and Commander on the overall operional readiness training of Btalion Computer Network Exploition (CNE), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Computer Network Attack (CNA) capabilities. Provides expeditionary cyber capability training on stion and deployed as required to support operions, maintaining technical proficiency, and documenting training requirements. Plans training activities or opportunities to support development and maintenance of technical skills and functional expertise of personnel conducting or supporting the execution of tactical or expeditionary Cyber operions. Certifies and maintains credentials as an adjunct faculty instructor in subject(s) reled to SIGINT support to Cyberspace Operions and expeditionary Cyber capabilities. Develops and manages training opportunities, courses, and schedules for Mobile Training Team (MTT) events for local and geographically dispersed elements. Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examinion with No Deception Indiced (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Nional Security Agency (NSA) facilities and networks. Temporary duty (TDY) travel may be required 25% or less. All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situions to perform mission essential functions as determined by management. Position is Non-Comb Essential (NCE) in support of Army's mobilizion and wartime mission during periods of increased tension and mobilizion and could be assigned to any locion worldwide. Must sign DD Form 2365 and must maintain levels of medical, security, performance, conduct, and overall fitness th makes them suitable for assignment to an austere and stressful comb environment. Directing, planning, managing, or executing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Cyber training for unit personnel in accordance and coordinion with applicable training requirements, standards, and policies; preparing training merial, equipment, facilities, dabases, and instructors/trainers to support the technical and functional training of personnel conducting or supporting the execution of Cyber and SIGINT enabling support to Cyberspace Operions; and, creing and maintaining training plans, records, informion papers, briefings, and reled documents to support periodic review and assessment of the unit's training. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GG/GS-12). Progressively responsible experience is th which has included intelligence-reled research, analysis, collections and /or operions. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operions, counterintelligence, or thre support directly reled to the position to be filled.This experience should demonstre:
Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizions; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, stistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and dissemining intelligence da; and/or Knowledge of organizion(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence da.
