Job Description
Our newest Scheduling Coordinator will be joining a wonderful team of schedulers who are responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for clients and caregivers as well as filling any open shifts resulting from call outs or requested days off from caregivers. Coordinators will keep all team members including management up to date with details regarding both client and caregivers situations. All staff are required to greet visitors to the office, answer phones/fax and assist in daily operations of office. All team members participate with community events and office celebrations. All team members should be comfortable with their photo on social media. Coordinators are required to be "On Call" to take emergency calls nights and weekends (on a rotation). There is extra pay for this. Looking for someone with experience in an office setting who works well as a team, high volume, phone, computer and multi-tasking skills. Prefer for candidate with experience working in a home health care setting.
